Reset your Modem or Internet Connection

Open the control panel
Click on the view network status and tasks under Network and Internet.
Click change adapter settings on the left portion of the window.
Double-click the icon for the Internet connection you’re using which will open up Wi-Fi Status window.
Click on properties button
Select “Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IP)” and click Properties.

Check the option “Use the following DNS server addresses.”

Input the Google public DNS address below and click on “ok”.
Prefered DNS Server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate DNS Server: 8.8.4.4
